Getting an HTTP 403 Forbidden Error When Accessing the WCC Through OHS or Apache (Doc ID 2570971.1)

Symptoms

Webcenter Content 11g and 12c.

When accessing the WCC through OHS or apache, the guest home page is displayed. But when trying to log into the WCC an HTTP 403 Forbidden error is thrown.

The page will display:

Forbidden

You are not authorized to access the requested resource.
