Add Attachments Action Drop Down Is Missing On Profile Triggered Content Information Page

Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server
Add Attachments Action drop down value is missing on Profile triggered content information page. But It is visible on Full Information page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WCC
2. Create Profile
3. Check-in content to specific Profile
4. Search through specific profile
5. 'Add Attachments' missing in Action drop down
Note: Make sure RM is enabled
Due to this issue, users cannot view 'Add Attachments' in Action drop down.
