Symptoms
On : 12.2.0.1.0 version, Thin JDBC driver
The following error is reported at the database side:
ORA-03146: Invalid buffer length for TTC field
It looks like the server sees a bad length --> [154], and this is coming from JDBC Thin client that causes the server side TTC to misinterpret it.
From the server side trace, it is seen that the communication is coming from a JDBC client:
