GoldenGate Microservices  Not able to log into adminclient


LOGIN is partly working from adminclient:
OGG (http://localhost:<PORT> OGGsource) 7> connect
http://localhost:<PORT> deployment EXADATA_OGGsource as oggadmin password ********

OGG (http://localhost:<PORT> EXADATA_OGGsource) 8> info all
Program     Status      Group       Lag at Chkpt  Time Since Chkpt

ADMINSRVR   RUNNING  
DISTSRVR    RUNNING  
PMSRVR      RUNNING  
RECVSRVR    RUNNING  

ERROR: User name 'oggadmin' or password is incorrect.

Connect command was successful, not complaining about bad password, but info all failed that oggadmin password is incorrect.  

The same issue with Web console , unable to connect with ADMIN client  due to the error message "oggadmin password is incorrect.  "
