Timeouts In Coherence*Extend Clients In FMW Domain Environment Intermittently (Doc ID 2571996.1)

Symptoms

User reported that Timeouts in Coherence*Extend client. A Coherence client (coherence*extend) is having timeouts for 1-4 minutes several times per day (2-5 times day). Timeout is set to 15s in client. After few minutes of having the issue (hundreds of timeouts are logged in those minutes), the performance goes back to normal (every request takes less than half a second). The Coherence client is a java application deployed on WLS.
