ISSUE

The logComponentLoadError is seen in the UCM logs on the server startup. All the core functions of Content Server work as expected.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Startup the WebCenter Content managed server.
2. Above mentioned error is experienced.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Administrator(s) is experiencing logComponentLoadError on startup while server is up and running.

 Instance was recently upgraded from 11g version.
