Symptoms

Issue description:
In some case JDK related warning can be detected when starting DPS instance.

eg,
./dpadm start /work/ldap/dsee/dsee7/proxy-instance
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Experimental flag -XX:+UseMemSetInBOT is known to cause instability on sun4v; please understand that you are using at your own risk!
Directory Proxy Server instance '/work/ldap/dsee/dsee7/proxy-instance' started: pid=1234

- No problematic output in errors & access logs.
- No function impacts, DPS & backend DS work fine.
