Form Builder 11gR2 crashes on Windows 10 when Double Clicking a Module Item (Doc ID 2572775.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

1.  New Development installation of 64 bit 11.1.2.2.0 on 64 bit Windows 10.  (Also can happen on other 64 bit Windows machines).
2.  Oracle Forms Builder 11g R2 crashes  on the following scenarios:

  a. Start Oracle Forms Builder -> New (empty) form is created and displayed with object named MODULE1 -> double-click on text MODULE1 -> Oracle Forms Builder crashes
  b.Start Oracle Forms Builder -> New (empty) form is created and displayed with object named MODULE1 -> Press F4 with MODULE1 selected to open Property Palette-> double-click on text MODULE1 in Property Palette -> Oracle Forms Builder crashes

Double-click on any element of form that has value Oracle Forms Builder crashes.
