Exalogic Virtual: EMOC Reporting Storage Heads Power Status as OFF from EMOC With "Error: Unable to establish IPMI v2 / RMCP+ session" Errors In Cacao Logs (Doc ID 2573675.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of ZFS Storage Heads Power Status showing as OFF in EMOC BUI console is noticed. But the Storage Heads are actually up without any issues. Also the credentials for ZFS Storage head OS and ILOM in EMOC are correct.

Below errors are seen in Proxy controller cacao logs on Storage head ILOM IP's

Password change to ILOMs.
