Is it Possible to See the Uncommitted Data of a XA Transaction between Transaction Branches (Doc ID 2575287.1)

Goal

In a scenario where customer has an xa transaction with 2 branches.
Branch 1 does an insert to a database. Branch 2 does a select and expecting to see the uncommitted data from branch 1.
