GP_CAT:299 Severity Always Shown As Error On Windows Event (Doc ID 2575423.1)

Oracle Tuxedo - Version 12.2.2 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

When enabling event log output (set by Tuxedo control panel)
If the application calls userlog(), GP ERROR 299 event generated for each userlog().
This should be information level and print message correctly.
