SQL Developer Limiting Output To 1MB (Doc ID 2575611.1)

Symptoms

The SQL Developer is limiting the DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE output to 1Mb. The amount of output in the below script can reach around 4MB in size. This works perfectly fine in SQLPlus and getting the full size 4MB. When running in SQL Developer getting only around 1MB.

 Above code should return 100010 records. But SQL Developer will display only 9533 records.
