EDQ Navigation Performance Issues (Doc ID 2575961.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Director Version 12.2.1.2.0 (130)

Navigation within EDQ becomes VERY slow.  No batch jobs are running. Rebooting the environment seems to temporarily resolve the issue, but it slowly returns after a few days of running. All EDQ performance recommendations have been properly implemented, but the issue still occurs.  In Director, it takes several minutes to open a process to edit  (when it should only take a second or two).  To open a open a project it typically takes about 1 second to open, but after a few days, it takes over a minute.  Only a few users are active and there are no network latency issues.

jvm.memory is set to 1024m

In AdminServer-diagnostic.log, the following errors are "constantly" logged:
