When attempting to access APEX URL suddenly
the following error occurs.

500 Internal Server Error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the URL https://<IP>/ords/<BPDBname>/f
2. Get the 500 error instead of the APEX Builder credentials page
