Symptoms

Unable to perform any operation on the OEM screen after registration of the DB and successful connect to EUS.

When attempting to click on Enterprise Domains, Enterprise User Management, or other options - a pop-up message is sent with the following error:


ERROR - oracle.sysman.emo.adm.security.eus.EntDBSecEUSException

Changes

 registered a new DB.
