Symptoms

ORDS 3.0.12

When attempting to run a new configured ORDS in Standalone mode after upgrade from 3.0.2
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error incompatible versions. The ORDS product version 3.0.2.294.08.40 must be the same or later version of ORDS schema version 3.0.12.263.15.32


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Uninstall Old ORDS using: java -jar ords.war uninstall
2. Install the new version java -jar ords.war
3. Start the new ords and do tail -f nohup.out to check the status
