OID 11g: "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/xml/parser/v2/DOMParser" During OID Instance Creation (Doc ID 2576869.1)

Symptoms

While creating a new OID instance the "opmnctl createcomponent" command does not complete successfully.  The command concludes with the output:

Reviewing the target xmlparserv2.jar file we see the file ownership and permissions are correct.  The contents of the xmlparserv2.jar are retrievable showing both valid permissions and a readable jar file.


Changes

 Due to other issues this environment has employed a workaround to shorten the path.
