Goal

On WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.3.0 version, the Default SiteEntry and CSElement dependencies section code is missing on 12c. 

When creating the CSElement in 11g,  it has the following default dependencies section:

Are these dependencies needed to be set explicitly?
