Content Audit Charts Tree missing from Content Bar (Doc ID 2577751.1)

Goal

In the documentation it states that to work with a chart you must do the following;

  1. Log in to WebCenter Sites
  2. Select the site for which you want to create a chart
  3. Select the Admin interface.
    1. In the navigation pane, select the Content bar
    2. Expand the Insights tree
    3. Expand the Charts node

There is no Insights tree or Charts node in the Content bar, how do we work with charts?
