On OIM 11.1.2.3.180111 version, Performance

Steps to reproduce:
While running Task Timed Retry job, the job fails after some time with the following errors in the logs

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot deactivate transaction synchronization - not active

tcScheduleItem/updateOrchestrationBasedOnTaskStatus:Exception encounter some problems: Tried to resume invalid JTA transaction;

nested exception is javax.transaction.InvalidTransactionException: Attempt to resume an inactive transaction: BEA1-3B1D1E810ADAC6E42295
