WebCenter Portal Managed Servers Showing Many STUCK Threads on : oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection.doPingDatabase and oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection.doRollback (Doc ID 2578380.1)

Symptoms


Seeing many STUCK threads in WebCenter Portal servers.
The Spaces logs show the following error:
