Version 12.3.0.1.1 OGGCORE_12.3.0.1.0_PLATFORMS_170804.2007
OGG 12.3.0.1.1 AND a batch with big transaction and latency the extract Abend with the below error:

EXEC dbo.OracleCDCExtract @XactLsn=0x00145b9200e7ce090105, @SeqLsn=0x00000000000000000000, @TranCount=10.
EXEC dbo.OracleCDCExtract @XactLsn=0x00145b9200e7ce090105, @SeqLsn=0x00000000000000000000, @TranCount=10.
For OGG 12.3.0.1.1, setup TRANLOGOPTIONS QUERYTIMEOUT 300 fails with:
OGG-10151 (EMFD10A.prm) line 11: Parsing error, parameter [tranlogoptions] has unrecognized keyword or extra value "QUERYTIMEOUT".
Restart fix it.
