How to Replace IP Address with Host Name in startup.properties AdminUril Field (Doc ID 2579833.1)

Goal

For several WebLogic managed servers, startup.properties has IP address listed rather than Host Name in AdminURL field. 

For example, startup.properties has a line: AdminURL=http\://10.x.x.x\:port where the IP address needs to be changed to a valid host name.

This document provides the proper steps to replace the IP with a Host Name in the startup.properties.
