Unable to Login to WebCenter Portal Cloud Services After Configuring Oracle Identity Cloud Service (Doc ID 2580842.1)

Symptoms


Unable to login to WebCenter Portal Cloud Services after configuring Oracle Identity Cloud Service.


ERROR

After providing the user credentials a blank page is displayed.

Refreshing the page shows this error:

    Error 403--Forbidden 

The managed server diagnostic log shows the following errors:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Configure WebCenter Portal Cloud Services.

  2. Confirm you can login to WebCenter Portal and Content Server.

  3. Configure IDCS per this documentation:

  4. Configured SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On per this documentation:

  5. Attempt to login.
    Here you will not be able to authenticate.
