Enterprise Capture Workspaces Are Not Visible In the Console (Doc ID 2581435.1)

Symptoms

Admin Users, including the weblogic user, cannot see workspaces in the Capture Console. All of the Admin Users (including weblogic) have been added to the CaptureWorkspaceManager and CaptureWorkspaceViewer roles.

Two of the Admin users are also seeing the below error messages when they log into the Capture Workspace Console:

Exception Description: The object [null], of class [class java.lang.String], from mapping [org.eclipse.persistence.mappings.DirectToFieldMapping[workspaceID-->ECCAPTUREWORKSPACES.ECWORKSPACEID]] with descriptor [RelationalDescriptor(oracle.odc.entity.CaptureWorkspaceEntity --> [DatabaseTable(ECCAPTUREWORKSPACES)])], could not be converted to [class java.lang.Integer]. Internal Exception: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "null"
