We have applied Jan 2019 SOA patches to our environments and we are seeing Warning regarding ADFC in our logs related to
We recently applied these to production as well and during SOA startups when trying to access EM console we get these errors.

We see multiple duplicates being registered in logs. can you suggest is this anything in regards with
