Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, OSB Core Functionality


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Process OSB Messages

After upgrading OSB to 11.1.19.0 version, while doing test messages getting stuck in the queue and not able to process. It just process 3 messages those are processing fine. If we do like more than 3 messages are getting stuck.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Process all the messages
