Unable To Start Admin Server (Doc ID 2583065.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.3.6 version, WLS-Config (non-component)

When attempting to start AdminServer, using startWebLogic.sh script in windows environment, the following error occurs in logs causing users not able to login to WLS admin console.

 

Error:

Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Error Code: 17002
