ODI Studio Error Switching from Internal to Active Directory External Authentication (Doc ID 2584874.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to switch Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c from Internal Authentication mode to an External Authentication via Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD), the following error is displayed in ODI Studio.

It occurs when clicking the 'Retrieve Enterprise Users and Roles' button in the 'Switch Authentication Mode' wizard on the 'Enterprise Roles and Users Retrieval' popup.
