When attempting to make outbound SSL call through SOA UMS to send an email, the SSL call fails to initiate over TLSv1.2.

The requirement is to initiate the call over TLSv1.2 from SOA UMS, but the following error occurs:

It is found that the SSL call always initiates over TLSv1, which is disabled on WebLogic Server.
