Test SSL Certificate is Seen in Request for OHS Page Instead of Real Certificate (Doc ID 2585297.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSSL Module

After requesting a page in HTTPS from OHS listen port, the Out-Of-The-Box, default test SSL Root Certificate is seen listed in the request.
It is expected that the real certificates would only be used in the SSL communication between client and OHS Server.
