When attempting to the WLS JULY PSU Patch fails the following error occurs.

OUI-67301: Following patches have conflicts: [ 29633448 29792736 ]

When the user attempted to rollback the conflicting oneoff patches got below error:

Following patch(es) are inactive and cannot be rolled back.
