Symptoms

Not able to login to the Oracle WebCenter Sites portal.

Managed server logs shows following errors:

Note: Another behavior due to the "Assembler class not found:<missing custom assembler class>" error, is that the when running the /sitespatchsetup url, the url would fail to run and logout.  The same solution applies.
