Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Customer is trying to install soa using the following command,

 /webapps/Middleware/fmw12213/jdk1.8.0_221/bin/java -Djava.io.tmpdir=/confarchive/space/temp -jar /webapps/Media/soa-infra/fmw_12.2.1.3.0_infrastructure.jar

Following error was seen in the logs:
