REP-1430: A REP file for report cannot be created, compilation errors found (Doc ID 2586269.1)

A Specific report compiles fine at Report Builder, however same fails to compile and crate .REP with rwconverter command line.

It shows error as

Old version reports being migrated to version 12.2.x
