HTTPS Requests Fail After Configuring OHS for SSL (Doc ID 2589092.1)

When attempting to request index page via OHS SSL port the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Request the URL from a remote node.
2. Receive the error in the browser.
