Goal

In the alert log of a production database, there are many warnings generated constantly, filling up the log. How to get rid of them?

WARNING: too many parse errors, count=14600 SQL hash=<SQL HASH>
PARSE ERROR: ospid=<OSPID>, error=937 for statement:
select rowid as "__Oracle_JDBC_interal_ROWID__", COUNT(*) FROM <NAME>
