Oracle Identity Manager(OIM): OIM Log Files Filling Up Fast With Hexadecimal Characters (Doc ID 2591003.1)

Symptoms

OIM Log Files  such as  the server out and server log are getting filled up with Hexadecimal characters. This happens very fast and can result in OS running out of disk space:
