Reattaching Orphaned Object From Lost+Found Fails With Errors ORA-6510 ORA-6512 (Doc ID 259325.1)

JR_FOLDER.REATTACH_OBJECT (Repository API).

Symptoms

Reattaching a container (folder or application) from Lost+Found container via SQL*Plus as explained in <> fails with the following errors:

    SQL>execute jr_context.set_workarea ('<WORKAREA_NAME'>');  
    SQL>execute jr_folder.reattach_object(<IVID object>, <IRID Container>);
    BEGIN
    jr_folder.reattach_object(<IVID object>, <IRID Container>);
    *
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
    ORA-06512: at "REPOS_MANAGER.JR_FOLDER", line 709
