Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On: Logon Manager
The ESSO Logon Manager mainframe helper object causes high CPU usage when opening a command prompt (cmd.exe)
The mainframe helper object in ESSO Logon Manager does not cause the CPU usage to spike when opening a command prompt.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Open a command prompt (cmd.exe) while ESSO Logon Manager is running.
- Open Windows Task Manager
- Note that the CPU usage is 5-15% for the ssomho.exe process.
Due to this issue, users experience performance issues and high CPU usage on Windows platforms.
