Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You have a WSDL which has SOAP version 1.2. You use the same WSDL in both OSB and BPEL. But the SOAP version of WSDLs generated by these components are different. BPEL generates a 1.1 SOAP versioned WSDL, whereas OSB generates 1.2. This issue causes communication problems between these components.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The SOAP version of the WSDL should remain the same after deployment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Confirm WSDL SOAP version start as the following:

xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap12/"

2) Deploy the composite.
3) Go to EM Console composite dashboard.
4) Click 'Service Endpoint and WSDL' icon.
5) Click on WSDL link.
6) After WSDL is launched, do right-mouse click in the WSDL code space and select 'View Page Source'. It shows soap version of WSDL is now 1.1:
