 [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver]The SQL Server login requires an SSL connection

Trying to connect to SQL server database using oracle soa suite weblogic sqlserver adapter and SQL team has enforced the encryption.

When we try to connect to SQL server we are getting below error.

An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
Message icon - Error weblogic.application.ModuleException:
Message icon - Error weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver]The SQL Server login requires an SSL connection.

We are using Oracle SOA Suite 11g version. Could you please suggest us how can we make the connection?
