When applying PSU on Exalogic 220.127.116.11.X Virtual racks, issue of ecservices upgrade failing with "ObjectNotFoundException" and "cluster is null" errors in exapatch logs is seen. Below is snippet of errors we see in exapatch log corresponding to ecservices failed upgrade attempt.
