Goal
Ct was trying to enable data replication from Oracle database to Google BigQuery, using Oracle GoldenGate for Big Data. They had following observed.
GG version: 12.3.2.1.1
Target side Big query table is getting created with the schema name appended with the table name.
For e.g., for the below table, target table is getting created with the name "sap_ecc_MARD_NEW"
MAP "PRODUSER"."MARD", TARGET "sap_ecc"."MARD_NEW";
A table with the same name exist in the Biquery dataset and its not getting used. Golden Gate is creating a new table instead, with the schema name appended.
