Symptoms

In Exalogic 2.0.6.4.X Virtual racks, Performance issues (network communication issues, hang, system unresponsive) are seen on Dom0 Compute Nodes and Guest vServers running on Dom0 compute nodes. Below "swiotlb buffer is full" errors are seen in /var/log/messages system logs of affected Dom0 compute nodes at the time of the issue.

Changes

Possible increase in system load and network activity in Exalogic rack.
