Symptoms

Unable to view some documents in the WebCenter Content: Imaging Viewer. Upon attempting to the view the document, the following error occurs in the viewer:

Document xxx.IPM_xxxxx failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time. Please review the server log for details on the cause of the error.

This happens with some pdfs.
