Exalogic Virtual: Exabr Backup of Guest vServers Failing Leaving exabr_snap_LogVol* Volume On Guest VM and With "Input/output error" Errors in Exabr Log (Doc ID 2595335.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, intermittently failures are noticed when backing up Guest vServers using Exabr. Exabr backups of VM's failing leaving exabr_snap_LogVol* temporary volume created by Exabr on the VM (without removing it). Below "Input/output error" are seen in exabr log at the time of the issue.

The issue happens randomly on few VM's intermittently. There is no pattern that that the exabr backup fails on particular VM or VM's all the time.
