12.2.1.4 Readiness Check Failed due to Folders_g being Deprecated (Doc ID 2595859.1)

Symptoms

Readiness Check failed during 12.2.1.4 upgrade for Oracle WebCenter Content Server.  In the Readiness Check page of Upgrade Assistant, clicking the "View Readiness Report" button showed the following error message.

Oracle WebCenter Content Server
   Starting readiness check of Oracle WebCenter Content Server.
     Schema User Name: <OCS_SCHEMA>
     Database Type: Oracle Database
     Database Connect String: //<DBHOST>:1521/ORCL
     EXCEPTION
 The component Folders_g is deprecated. Please disable the component to continue
   Finished readiness check of Oracle WebCenter Content Server with status: FAILURE.
