Exalogic EOIB and IPOIB HW Addresses Showing As Zero On Few VMs After An Abrupt Shutdown of Exalogic Rack (Doc ID 2595861.1)

Symptoms

EOIB and IPOIB Hardware Address became Zero as below on a few VMs  after an abrupt Shutdown of whole Exalogic Rack due to a power outage . All the ovs-agent , o2cb, ocfs2 services on Dom0 compute nodes came up fine. On the Guest VM's we notice issue of none of the networks working.

Changes

A hard reboot of Exalogic Rack  during a Power outage at Datacenter .
