Is the Webcenter Content 12.2.1.3 and above Managed Attachments Integration certified with the Oracle 18c and 19c databases? (Doc ID 2596200.1)

Goal

There is a currently a plan to install the WebCenter stack (Content, Imaging and Capture) version 12.2.1.3 using Oracle database version 18c or 19c.
There is also Oracle E-Business Suite in place which is using the 12.1.0.2 version of Oracle database.

There is also a requirement to implement the Managed Attachments integration in WebCenter Content.
Part of the Managed Attachments solution configuration requirement is to execute SQL scripts both in the WebCenter Content database and Oracle EBS database.

Will there be any issues if the WebCenter Content installation uses the Oracle 18c or 19c database, and Oracle EBS uses the 12.1.0.2 database ?
